Stephen A. Schwarzman is Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder of The Blackstone Group. He has been involved in all phases of the firm's development since its founding in 1985 and approves all capital commitments by the firm.

Mr. Schwarzman is Chairman of the Board of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and The Business Council, and is on the boards of various organizations, including the New York Public Library, the New York City Ballet, the Film Society of Lincoln Center, the JP Morgan Chase National Advisory Board and the New York City Partnership Board of Directors. Mr. Schwarzman is also a Trustee of The Frick Collection in New York City.

Timothy C. Draper is the Founder and a Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson. His original suggestion to use "viral marketing" in web-based e-mail to geometrically spread an Internet product to its market was instrumental to the successes of Hotmail and YahooMail, and has been adopted as a standard marketing technique to hundreds of businesses. He invested in and contributed to Skype (EBAY), Overture.com (YHOO), Parametric Technology (PMTC), Hotmail (MSFT), Tumbleweed Communications (TMWD), PLX Technologies (PLXT), Digidesign (AVID), Preview Travel (TVLY), Four11 (YHOO), Combinet (CSCO), and Redgate (AOL), among others.

Mr. Draper launched the Draper Affiliate Network, an international network of early-stage venture capital funds with offices in 26 cities around the globe. He founded or co-founded Wasatch Ventures (Salt Lake City), Zone Ventures (LA), Draper Atlantic (Reston), Draper Triangle (Pittsburg), Timberline Ventures (Portland), DFJ EPlanet (global), Polaris Fund (Anchorage), Draper Fisher Jurvetson Gotham (NYC), DFJ Frontier (Sacramento and Santa Barbara), and DFJ Dragon (Shanghai).

Mr. Brandon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis, Inc., a company in the sales promotion and coupon industries, from 1989 to 1998, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valassis, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Brandon serves on the Boards of Directors of The TJX Companies, Inc., Burger King Corporation and Kaydon Corporation. Mr. Brandon also serves on the Board of Regents for the University of Michigan.
