Keynote Speakers Andreas Beroutsos Andreas Beroutsos is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s New York office. He co-founded, and currently leads, the firm’s practice advising Private Equity (PE) clients. He is also one of the leaders of the Financial Institutions practice. In his fourteen years with the Firm, Mr. Beroutsos has served clients in the United States, Europe, Latin America and East Asia on strategy, M&A, organization and operations excellence. In the Financial Institutions practice, Mr. Beroutsos has served leading investment banks, asset managers, property & casualty (P&C) insurers and reinsurers as well as commercial banks. In Private Equity, Mr. Beroutsos has advised leading U.S. and European investors on sourcing transactions, evaluating specific deal opportunities, enhancing the value of their portfolio, and successfully exiting their investments. He has also advised direct investors (GPs) and fund-of fund investors (LPs) – both independent and financial institution-affiliated – on their overall strategies, investment approach, organization configuration, governance and people and compensation processes. Mr. Beroutsos earned BA and MBA degrees with high distinction from Harvard University, where he remains involved in a variety of roles. He is fluent in Italian, Greek and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Finally, Mr. Beroutsos serves on the boards of the Lincoln Center Theater, the Associates of the St. Catherine’s Foundation for art preservation, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Cathedral of the U.S., and the Trustees of Athens College in Greece.
