Mr. Zeiger practices as a member of the Privately Held and Emerging Companies Practice Group, concentrating in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, corporate finance, venture capital, and securities law. Mr. Zeiger is also Chairman of the firm’s Emerging Business/Venture Group.

Mr. Zeiger's particular areas of expertise include representation of public and private corporations (including venture capital-backed companies); representation of companies in all aspects of the purchase and sale of businesses (including financing, tax considerations and compliance with antitrust and securities laws); counseling boards of directors, including strategic alternatives; joint venture transactions; and representing companies in venture capital, loan and other capital formation transactions.
