Mr. Rocchio is a general partner and managing director of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, L.L.C., a private equity firm based in Los Angeles, California. TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, L.L.C. is one of the world's largest independent mezzanine managers with over $3 billion of invested and committed capital. TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, L.L.C. invests in privately negotiated debt and equity securities issued in connection with leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and later-stage growth financings. Prior to joining TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, L.L.C., Mr. Rocchio was a Vice President of Crescent Capital Corporation. Prior thereto, Mr. Rocchio was a Senior Manager at KPMG. Mr. Rocchio is a director of American Residential Investment Trust, Color Spot Nurseries, Lincoln Industrial Corporation and Merrill Corporation.

Mr. Rocchio received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BBA from the University of Michigan.
