Mr. Mullen is a managing director and founding partner of Arsenal. Prior to Arsenal, Mr. Mullen was a principal at Thomas H. Lee Company (“THLee”), a $12 billion leveraged buyout firm, where he invested in manufacturing, services and media companies.  While at THLee, Mr. Mullen had a leading role in growth buyout investments with a total equity value of $700 million and enterprise values of over $1.8 billion.  Mr. Mullen also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. and received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School . Mr. Mullen currently serves on the boards of Interdynamics, Inc., Printing Solutions Holdings LLC, and Renaissance Mark, Inc.
