Panelist Biographies

Ann Kraftson
The Oxbridge Group

In 1993, Ann Kraftson joined The Oxbridge Group working on searches in Investment Banking throughout the United States, Asia and Russia. As the markets transitioned, she became involved in searches with Venture Capital, Private Equity and Leveraged Buy-out firms at all levels from Managing Director/Partner to Analyst.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary. Her background includes marketing and sales experience at Xerox Corporation.

Ann serves on the Board of Directors for Change for Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving children's education in New York City's most under-funded public schools. She is also an active alumna and is on the Board of Trustees of The Episcopal Academy in Merion, PA.
