Melina Higgins is a Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she is head of North American Mezzanine. Goldman Sachs’ mezzanine funds manage over $5 billion of capital and have invested in 37 transactions since 1997. Ms. Higgins has been with Goldman Sachs for eleven years and has worked on the mezzanine funds since their inception. She works on all aspects of investments, including sourcing, structuring, monitoring and harvesting.

Ms. Higgins serves as a director or observer on the Boards of Directors of the following companies: American Reprographics Corporation, Kranson Industries, Inc., Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc., PNA Holdings, L.L.C., and Western Nonwovens Inc.

Ms. Higgins holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. from Colgate University.
