Dave is part of the founding team at Globespan Capital Partners and has spent the last 19 years working in or with early-stage high growth companies. Prior to Globespan, Dave was a Principal in JAFCO Venture's Boston office, where he focused on enterprise software investments. Prior to JAFCO, Dave was at FEN where he was the SVP and GM of FEN's distributed content management software business. FEN was acquired in 2000 by Pearson PLC (NYSE:PSO). Before FEN, Dave was at Trans National Group where he ran and then successfully sold the company’s Canadian credit card business to Bank of Montreal (NYSE:BMO). He was also part of the founding team that developed TNG's businesses in the UK, France and Germany. In addition to his operating responsibilities, Dave contributed to TNG's venture investments group. Dave began his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Dave received an MBA, with honors, from Boston University, a BBA, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a CPA. In addition to Reflectent, Dave represents Globespan in its investments in Entivity, Instill, Luidia, OpenPages, and Smartprice.
