Mr. Dubow has worked at Blank Rome since 1985 and was admitted to partnership in 1993. Prior to that, he worked at Archer & Greiner.

Mr. Dubow received his Juris Doctor from Villanova Law School in 1983. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979.

Mr. Dubow’s practice concentration are in mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, financing agreements, representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, venture capital, joint ventures, shareholder disputes.
