As President, Duke is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm including managing the Portfolio Management & Marketing and Due Diligence Departments. Duke sits on the firm's investment committee and plays a significant role in providing client services to the firm's numerous clients. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Duke was a Founding Partner of Stone Pine Capital LLC, President of U.S.-registered investment advisor FCM Fiduciary Capital Management Company, Corporate Vice President in the Private Finance Group of Paine Webber Incorporated, and a Vice President with E.F. Hutton & Company Inc.

Duke received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
