Chuck Chai works in the U.S. Equities Group as the technology sector portfolio manager. His work involves long-short investing, event-driven investing and merger arbitrage. Prior to joining Perry Capital, Chuck earned his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. In 1999, he was a summer analyst at HBK Investments, where he focused on merger arbitrage and other event-driven investing strategies. From 1995 to 1998, Chuck worked as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs.

Chuck earned a BA in economics at Harvard College in 1995.
