Mr. Berger is a Partner and Founder of Pegasus. He has over 12 years of distressed investing, private equity and investment banking experience. Mr. Berger was formerly a Vice President in the High Yield and Distressed Securities Group at UBS Securities. At UBS, he was involved in investing and managing $500 million in distressed and high yield securities. From 1994-1996, Mr. Berger was a principal at Rosecliff, Inc., a private equity firm.

Previously, Mr. Berger was an Associate and Financial Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of Salomon Brothers Inc and a Financial Analyst at Nantucket Holding Company, a merchant banking group focused on investing in turnaround situations.

Mr. Berger graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
