Mr. Pütter is the Chief Executive for Allianz Capital Partners GmbH, the private equity arm of Allianz AG. Allianz is one of the world’s leading integrated financial services providers, recently ranked as the 18th largest corporation in the world, and is a global leader in insurance, asset management and banking. In addition to its three core industries, Allianz is a significant investor in areas such as real estate, private equity and venture capital. Allianz Group is represented by more than 700 subsidiaries in over 70 countries around the globe, and employs 180,000 people worldwide.

Mr. Pütters career has covered a wide variety of business and responsibilities. Prior to coming to Allianz Capital Partners, Mr. Pütter was an Executive Director with Goldman Sachs International, working in Private Equity and Investment Banking for German speaking Europe. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was the CFO for the Matuschka Group in Munich as well as holding senior positions in Investment Banking with both Deutsche Bank and Swiss Bank Corporation International in London.

A graduate of The Queen’s College at Oxford University, Mr. Pütter holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
