Mr. Zide has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital since 2001 and a member of the firm since 1997. From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Zide was a Managing Director of Pacific Equity Partners, an affiliate of Bain Capital in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Zide was a partner of the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where he was founding member of the New York office and specialized in representing private equity and venture capital firms. Mr. Zide serves on the board of directors of DDi Corp., Alliance Laundry Systems LLC and a number of private companies. Mr. Zide received and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law where he was an Editor of the Law Review and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
