Dan is the Partner in charge of Andersen's transaction advisory services practice in the central region. This group focuses on delivery a wide variety of transaction related services ranging from tax and accounting structuring to the identification and resolution of financial and business issues. The transaction advisory services practice is a group of seasoned professionals which specializes in providing services to strategic and financial buyers.

Dan has personally been involved on over 200 transactions in a wide variety of industries. He has served in interim management positions and has also assisted numerous companies in going public. He is the lead partner in charge of delivering the services of Andersen to numerous financial buyers.

Dan graduated from Valparaiso University with a BS in Accounting and resides in Chicago, Illinois.
