Darl A. Petty, Managing Director, joined RSTW in 1997. Mr. Petty is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring and closing new investment opportunities as well as the ongoing portfolio management process. Mr. Petty began his career in 1992 with Texas Commerce Bank (now Chase Manhattan Bank) and progressed to the position of Vice President in the Commercial Banking Department and, then subsequently, the Chase Global Oil & Gas Department. His responsibilities included managing a portfolio of active middle market companies encompassing all aspects of commercial banking, as well as the development of new middle market customer relationships. Mr. Petty received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1992.
