Kevin Magid, Managing Director, joined Audax Group in 2000. Previously, Mr. Magid was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance/Merchant Banking Group of CIBC World Markets Corp. While at CIBC, Mr. Magid focused on leveraged finance transactions, helping to raise bank debt, high yield debt and mezzanine debt financing for companies and private equity sponsors in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Magid also worked at Wasserstein Perella & Co., Kidder Peabody & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc.

Mr. Magid received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Tufts University.
