Brian Kwait is a managing principal at Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. From 1989 to 1997, he served as principal in the private equity investment group at Odyssey Partners, L.P., where he played a leading role in developing Western Wireless, Alliance Broadcasting, EPIX and was a senior member of the Scotsman team transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Kwait was a member of the team responsible for Black Box and Micom Corp. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Kwait was corporate finance associate at Bear Stearns and senior accountant at Ernst & Whinney. A native of Cleveland, Mr. Kwait received his BA from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he serves on the boards of Williams Scotsman, Velocita Corporation, Independent Wireless One and EPIX.
