Saul D. Goodman joined Evercore in May of 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Goodman was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers, where he focused on media and telecommunications clients. Mr. Goodman started his career at Ark Asset Management, where he worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Mr. Goodman was involved with Evercore's investments in American Media, Inc., Cadogan Capital LLC, Callahan Associates International L.L.C., Telenet Holding N.V. and Vertis, Inc. He also was involved in advising CBS Corporation on its merger with Viacom Inc. and ACNielsen Corporation on its sale to VNU N.V. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Media, Inc. Mr. Goodman graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in finance and received his M.B.A., with honors, from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
