Mr. Dworkin serves as a member on the boards of Applied Tech Products and Kenny Manta Industrial Services.

Before joining SKM in 1998, Mr. Dworkin was a Managing Director at BT Capital Partners, Inc., the private equity investment arm of BT Alex. Brown, where he was responsible for several of the firm's investments including Big Flower Press, Navieras de Puerto Rico, Dominick's Finer Foods and Safety 1st.

Mr. Dworkin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his J.D./M.B.A. and Georgetown University, where he received his B.S. in Finance.
