Mr. Druker is a Partner of Questor Management Company, where he specializes in investing in turnaround and special situation companies. Prior to joining Questor in 1995, Mr. Druker was a principal with Jay Alix & Associates. Previously, he has held positions as an associate in corporate finance at Goldman, Sachs & Co., a managing director and head of the leveraged buyout group at L.F. Rothschild, Inc. and a partner in the New York office of Toronto-based merchant bank Gordon Capital. He is experienced in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, divestitures, general corporate financial advising, public offerings and private financings. Mr. Druker received his Bachelor's degree from Colorado College and received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton and Law Schools. Mr. Druker is a director of Aegis Communications and a former director of Thermadyne Holdings and Pathsource, Inc.
