Mr. Andrew Bryan Burnett serves as Managing Partner of Harvest Venture Partners, LLC (Harvest), a three-year old strategic and financial advisory firm headquartered in Harlem, NY. Harvest assists promising companies access both the debt and private equity markets by providing hands-on expertise in management team development, strategic planning, financial infrastructure development, and joint venturing and strategic partnerships. Harvest, which is set to establish its first venture capital fund next year, will focus on seed and early-stage opportunities and will look to capitalize promising entrepreneurial teams either located in or serving underserved communities within the metropolitan New York area. Prior to forming Harvest, Mr. Burnett was President of Empire Venture Management Group, Inc., and has held executive-level positions in several of the companies he has advised, including: Chief Operating Officer of a commercial printing firm, Chief Information Officer for a database marketing company and CEO of a start-up urban marketing concern.

Mr. Burnett holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Thomas Foods, Inc. (a specialty food marketer of celebrity-endorsed food products) and Uptown Beats, LLC (a digital music company). Mr. Burnett also serves on the Board of Advisors of the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University; the New York Christian Cultural Centre's Prison Ministry team; and the Advisory Board of Business Leaders of Tomorrow, Inc.
